Online medical records allow you to have portable electronic medical
records available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Online medical
records are available for a small yearly fee. This fee covers additional
staff labor and hosting of the records. The fee schedule is as follows:
- Individual $19.95/year
- Couple $29.95/year
- Family $39.95/year, up to 6 family members.
- Additions $ 5.00/year, for each family member above 6.
Please note that it may take up to 7 days to set up your records
online. We strive to have records updated within 48 hours. All
laboratory and radiology reports will have physician/provider review
prior to being made available for review.
